Hylium Industries Inc. (HYLIUM), a leading company specializing in H₂ liquefaction, storage, and related technologies, and Element 1 Corp. (e1NA), a pioneer in H₂ generator products and H₂ purification technologies, announced the signing of a strategic assembly license agreement which conveys intellectual property rights to HYLIUM to assemble and commercialize H₂ generation products, incorporating e1NA's patented technologies, within Korea and Asia. This agreement marks a significant milestone in the commercialization of advanced H₂ generation and purification technologies.

Under the agreement, e1NA will provide comprehensive technology transfer to HYLIUM including documentation, hands-on training, and operational support. HYLIUM will assemble S-Series methanol H₂ generators using core components purchased from e1NA and potentially extending the assembly license agreement to the L/M-Series for larger-scale applications.

This collaboration leverages the strengths of both companies to accelerate the deployment of H₂ technologies in key markets. HYLIUM's expertise in H₂ liquefaction and storage, plus HYLIUM’s access to markets in Korea and Asia, combined with e1NA's innovative H₂ generation and purification technologies, will enable the development of efficient and sustainable H₂ solutions.
