Hylium Industries Inc. and Element 1 Corp. announce strategic assembly license agreement

Hylium Industries Inc. (HYLIUM), a leading company specializing in H2 liquefaction, storage, and related technologies, and Element 1 Corp. (e1NA), a pioneer in H2 generator products and H2 purification technologies, announced the signing of a strategic assembly license agreement which conveys intellectual property rights to HYLIUM to assemble and commercialize H2 generation products, incorporating e1NA's patented technologies, within Korea and Asia. This agreement marks a significant milestone in the commercialization of advanced H2 generation and purification technologies.

Under the agreement, e1NA will provide comprehensive technology transfer to HYLIUM including documentation, hands-on training, and operational support. HYLIUM will assemble S-Series methanol H2 generators using core components purchased from e1NA and potentially extending the assembly license agreement to the L/M-Series for larger-scale applications.

This collaboration leverages the strengths of both companies to accelerate the deployment of H2 technologies in key markets. HYLIUM's expertise in H2 liquefaction and storage, plus HYLIUM’s access to markets in Korea and Asia, combined with e1NA's innovative H2 generation and purification technologies, will enable the development of efficient and sustainable H2 solutions.

"Element 1 Corp. is thrilled to collaborate with Hylium Industries Inc.," said Dave Edlund, CEO of Element 1 Corp. "Our combined efforts will drive the commercialization of H2 technologies, providing clean and efficient energy solutions for various applications including small-scale production of liquefied H2 for unmanned aircraft, H2 refueling stations, and micro-scale electricity grids."

"After undergoing extensive evaluation of e1NA’s technology and integrated testing with our H2 liquefication product we are very excited to partner with Element 1 Corp. to bring these cutting-edge H2 energy technologies to the market," said Seo Young Kim, CEO of Hylium Industries Inc. "This agreement aligns with our commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions and expanding our presence in the H2 economy."
